Baked cod & hm oven chips.
Hubbys eating alone for 2 nights, Friday & Saturday as I’m out for both  :D. Lamb shank on Saturday for me as it’s preordered but haven’t checked out Fridays choices yet  :)

Enchiladas.   I made 4, managed 1 and a bit myself as they were really filling.  OH polished off his 2 and was so keen to take my plate and finish mine.  Hollow legs that one  :lol:

Pasta bake here and a baked fruit pud with a sponge topping.  I used my second crop figs and some blueberries I got as a work freebie.

I don’t normally venture much past baked apples or crumbles when it comes to cooked puds, so OH was very happy.  It was good … if I say so myself  :lol:

I put it in the frying pan with some finely diced spuds, swede and onion, plenty of S & P and a few green beans. It tasted very much like Cornish past filling  :lol:

That's better for when I'm low-carbing  ::)
