Leftover roast chicken here with roast potatoes, parsnips & a few of the last beetroot I’ve just pulled. There’s mash leftover from yesterday & a few bits of cauliflower, sprouts & carrot that will be added to the freshly cooked carrot & sprouting broccoli I’ve just noticed was going over when I ‘did’ the chickens this evening !

Waitrose lambs liver - 4/10 would not recommend. I may have enjoyed it more though if I hadn't just watched an episode of that documentary about Ed Gein (DO NOT GOOGLE IT).

There's chicken for tonight all this talk of pie is tempting but it's likely I CBA to make one and will end up with a roast chicken diner to use up the bendy fresh carrots.

Mince, tomatoes, peppers, onions, peas and potatoes stir-fried with some curry spices. Was a bit hotter than usual but good in spite of that  :D  Meant I had to have a caramel ice cream cornet for pud

Didn't get round to doing the chicken yesterday as I was side tracked with some work. It's already in the slow cooker so I'll try again tonight.

More chicken. I made a mistake mashing the spuds yesterday and put garlic pepper rather than just black pepper into the mash. Worked well, didn't need gravy on the dinner and made a nice change.
