Japanese style curry rice.  It is more a stew with curry sauce rather than a proper curry, but nice in it’s own way  :)

Plot spuds, onion and turnips went in together with carrots and some chicken.

Chicken kiev, mash and chunky mixed veg. Mash and veg left for tomorrow, to go with the usual chicken thighs.

I had a very uncomfortable night after eating far too late yesterday. So the chicken is already in the slow cooker and I'm aiming for a 5pm chicken dinner with the usual trimming.

I also hate eating late usual all finished by 6pm or there abouts, we eat our main meal at night  :)

Yesterday was cod in parsley sauce with mash and peas - today it's Penne with a Bolognese sauce, made with  the last of the greenhouse tomatoes.
The forecast is for it to turn cold, so I doubt any more will ripen....

Just after 7 - so by the time I'd eaten and had a coffee it was getting on for 8 which I think is about as late as I dare risk.  ::)  :nowink:

Leftovers again tonight.
