Last 3 chops of the last 1/2 lamb I bought, amazed how quickly we’ve gone through it  with roast potatoes, gravy, freshly pulled carrots, broccoli & 1st jar of home canned yellow French beans- not sure they’ll take off, they were somewhat soft! Gooseberry & mint jelly

The other half of the quiche with pots and creamed leeks.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Baked plaice, with probably lyonnaise potatoes, samphire, & carrots. Always feel it should have a sauce but usually end up with a blob of mayo, I suppose I could make tartar sauce ???

Looks like I forgot to say I made a potful of beef chilli yesterday  ::) so I'll have some more of it today as there wasn't any room in the freezer for all of the portions!
Looks like it is time to stop batch cooking and eat more of what's in there, or there'll be no room for the holiday bakes

Yes I did a freezer audit last week & I'm trying to work through portions on things I’ve frozen, plus all the fruit that I’ve put in there & tomatoes  so my menu’s might be a bit odd for a few weeks
