Chicken tikka masala with rice.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

The last of what feels like never ending chicken. I really cba today so it's either getting spiced up or covered in a pepper corn sauce and then put with a few oven chips and some rather wrinkly mushrooms.

Roast pork & all the trimmings, roast potatoes, might even do parsnips as I’ve got some of last years in the freezer, cauliflower cheese ftf, if I can be bothered to go to the plot, there might even be Mediterranean veg, as there’s an aubergine I think & maybe the last courgette. It will need to not be raining though  And of course gravy.

Lasagne, went to three shops today for a pepper but all the local  ones didn't have any and we really couldn't be bothered to go to Shanklin to the big (bigger) shop.  All of three miles but distance here is probably multiplied by your ideas of distance ten fold.

A marvellous chicken dinner with loads of home grown carrots, but the pud'n was tremendous.  Homemade Microwave sponge pudding with layers of bramble syrup (bramble jam that hasn't quite set) ! !

Cheers,  Tony.

I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

The rest of the mince, probably made into a chilli as for once there were some very decent sized spuds in the bag so I can nuke one of those to pour it over.
