I've got some minced beef defrosting for a cottage pie, will add some lentils and carrots, to the beef to stretch it a bit, and I've got a pkt of instant mash going out of date, so that'll do for the topping.
I had the 2nd half of this with some green beans, with extra instant gravy  :)

Mini roast dinner with chicken legs instead of a joint, plus spuds, carrots, cabbage and spoon standing.

I'm out of sync with the shopping for some reason and it's very slim picking until late this evening after the delivery. I have curry munchies. I'm torn between a lentil, chickpea and spinach curry ftf or putting a tin of new spuds in the slow cooker with a bombay potato packet mix  :nowink:

I have curry munchies.
Same here today , so I'm off to check the freezer drawers, cos they'll decide what goes in it - toms and cukes in the g/house, so salad to go with it  :D

I went with the bombay spuds and added some cauli and the last of the spinach. Adequate for a slow cooker ready meal from a packet and there's a lunchtime size portion left for the freezer.

Chicken and mushy slice and a handful of chips tonight so I can finish off the half a tin of beans that's in the fridge.

Boring afternoon, because of rain outside, so I made some scones, to have with cream and jam  :)
Ate some of said scones, so too full to bother with an evening meal.

(Cheaper on my wallet but not so good for my health/weight  )
