Bangers and mash with onion gravy.    Special request from himself as he's had a bad day.  Comfort food being delivered pronto.

Cauliflower cheese made with 1 of the 3 huge cauliflowers I harvested today ! 5 portions in the freezer now, 1 & 1/2 cauliflower given away! Salad on the side for me, himself had a leftover portion of shepherds pie.

I have made chicken kievs from scratch this morning,  Paul came home from work with a pack of chicken kievs reduced in the Co-op to £2 for four!  Why did I bother, I ask.  We've got to eat mine as I'd defrosted the chicken so can't refreeze it.  Divided Paul's in half and we can eat them another time, New potatoes and salad to go with.   (He also bought several other items reduced, all now stashed away, so I can't get too cross with him.)He does love a yellow sticker and it's the first   place he goes to.
