S&S chicken last night - didn't fill at all and I spent much of the night grazing out the fridge.

I did a chickpea, lentil and spinach curry for lunch as I was suffering serious curry munchies but I need to do something with the rest of the chicken tonight, unless someone knows how to get a bread coating to stick to it without an egg , might just boil it and send it off to the freezer.

Sweet and sour chicken,  found some cooked chicken at the bottom of the freezer so it was just make the sauce.  Rice and prawn crackers on the side.   That's one freezer emptied and turned off, just the chest and the other upright to sort out.

Mince, cabbage and spuds. Far too hot for it but that's what I needed to use up and I CBA to come up with anything exciting.
