More spag bol that I stashed in the fridge when I made a batch a couple of days ago.  We were going to have it last night, but had a takeaway curry instead  :D

I made minced beef, rice, onion, herbs and spices stuffing for 2 huge HG beefsteak tomatoes, and baked them with sliced roasted potatoes, then topped them with some garlic & herb cheese for the last few minutes. Side salad added some greenery  :D
