I had a packet mix for Bombay potatoes, which only had a few weeks on the date, so thought I'd try it....
Big mistake as I thought it was yuk, so just ended up eating the plate of side salad with a crusty cheese roll ::)

Which brand MoS? I've used the schwartz one a couple of times in the slowcooker and thought it was passable verging on tasty.

Its Friday - so it's oven chip night. I really had a craving for some pressed cod roe earlier this week, even physically going shopping to trashco to find some. It appears to have disappeared - do they not sell it any more? Nothing else tickled my fancy with there so it's dippy eggs , chips and a few mushies tonight.

I've thrown the packet but pretty sure it was the schwartz one. Perhaps it improves with longer cooking, I just followed the pkt destructions.
Tonight I've had cod in batter ftf with oven chips, peas and coleslaw  :)

Tray bake with chicken legs, plot spuds and courgette, plus an onion and some seasoning spices.  Plot green beans on the side.

I made a curry sauce base yesterday, so we are having that baked with basa fillets on a bed of wilted and chopped plot greens.  Naan, salad and some frozen veggie samosas that can also cook in the oven to go with it.

Mince hadn't defrosted in time so I ended up with soup yesterday. Trying again today to do a cottage pie with it.

Spanish omelette and salad.  Going to hide some fridge gravel in it if I can as one floret of cauli and one of broccoli won't go far between the two of us.  :D
