 Tonight we have bits and pieces to make a Chinese Meal  it smells lovely 
Last night was usual fish dinner as we'd been out all day

Use by date on the mince beef - Half for a cottage pie I think, with mixed veg and spoon standing and the rest for spag bol which will also use the wrinkly half green pepper in the fridge.

 Beef Burdger in a roll with a mixed salad , pineapple and ice cream or yoghurt

Roast turkey crown (reduced after 'that' time of year in the Co-op from £20 to £6, still got another one to go).  Roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, green beans and leek.

Grilled lamb chop with veggie rice from the freezer..

Slice of toast with spreads cheese, grapes.

Found an off cut of pastry in the fridge yesterday so managed did a mini hand-raised pie rather than cottage pie. Spag-bol sauce made this afternoon with the rest of the mince but I might finish off the bean casserole instead as the weather is more mash than pasta.

Jacket  potatoes, cold turkey, salad and pickles.

Spicy beans with pork, tray bake of cubed spuds, carrots and onion and some broccoli.

Chilli pork strips and chips in the oven now, coleslaw and salad bits to go with them

 A takeaway curry from the freezer popadoms and pickles

Piece of brisket slow cooked with veg & the potatoes, then popped in the oven to roast up along with a medley of fresh veg thrown in too, peas, Yorkshire puds & some tasty gravy.
