Chicken & chips, I forgot the salad leaves  when I went to the chickens. So coleslaw, tomatoes & cucumber & red onion.

Told a lie , I found ready washed salad leaves in the salad drawer when I got the white cabbage out
   That's the kind of thing I do  ::)

Yesterdays beef (skirt from snasbodys) was very nice, it's been a long time since I had beef which wasn't like chewing shoe leather shame I just wasn't in the mood for it in the end.

Leftovers for tonight just needs a few more veggies doing.

Got mince defrosting for curry, might roast a b/nut squash and put it in that, rather than cook rice, as i'm a bit fed up with that for now  ::)
Leftovers with salad bits to fill the plate  :)

Ftf shepherds pie but I think really it’s cottage pie but hubby labelled it, gravy, carrots & peas & some green beans from the freezer too if I don’t pick some kale on the chicken trip this afternoon. Forgot to buy any other greens this week & im away on Tuesday for a week so hubby won’t be wanting any in my absence

It's oven chip night but other than some mushies I'm at a loss as to what to put with them.

We were discussing these the other night so Paul got us some, Bird's Eye fishcakes.  We usually have the stuffed ones from the Co-op.  Don't know what we're having with them.

Just discovered that I had half a tin of cold baked beans last evening...

Don't remember that, but we were watching Morcambe and Wise!
