Yesterday was beef casserole and very yummy it was too.  Tonight we've got roast chicken.

Also roast chicken, chunky mixed veg and mash might get round to some roasties as well as the oven will be on anyway.

Got a chunky pork loin steak defrosting, can't be bothered with the oven - so will cook it in the 'George' with some Cajun spices and serve with salad and coleslaw.

Cottage pie, meat mixture ready made from the freezer and using up some potatoes that I found in the cupboard that are nearly past their best.

I've put some chicken thighs in the slow cooker - Not entirely sure how they will end up, mash and mixed veggie if nothing else crops up between now and dinner time.

Was going to be creamy paprika pork but on discovering I’d got 3 ingredients missing  I’ve gone for hm Chinese plum sauce marinated pork steaks with salt & pepper wedges, coleslaw & salad bits for me, but need to be sparing with the tomato as we’re down to 1 & no car today to go shopping hence change of menu :):
