Mushroom Wellington, steamed mixed veg. and new potatoes, courtesy of the Co-op Valentine's meal.  We had the starter for lunch today and the cheesecake last night.  Will also be toasting ourselves with the Proseco as we always celebrate between the 10th (our wedding anniversary) and the 14th.  Would be nice to have two separate celebrations but have done it this way for a few years now.

I purchased some vegetarian mince last month just of of interest thought I'd give it a whirl in a chilli where it's really only texture that's important.

We also had spag. bol.  with garlic bread.  Not to my usual recipe but what I found in the kitchen and needed using up.  Still nice though.

Leftovers. Can't say I noticed any difference with the veggie mince at 50% (used beef mince the other 50%).

You should make a warranty claim - he appears to be broken.

:lol: that made me laugh so much, thank you.
Curry was ok, had a green chilli in it but I could have managed a red one I think. I also added a couple of handfuls of spinach stirred in at the end.
Got a portion for lunch tomorrow  :) & 3 for the freezer.
