[Hampshire Hog]

Hi all I have a mature plum tree in my garden but I notice that the pigeons routinely eat the new blossom. Clearly no blossom means no plums! Has anyone successfully deterred these pests. Note my neighbour has numerous bird feeders so I wonder if that attracts them. Challenge is it would be awkward to net.
