Still waterlogged, now more than 8 inches of rain in the past month, with more on the way. It's 11 C, lead-gray sky, and still raining.

It started to snow here mid-afternoon, it is has managed a inch or so coating, but it seems to be melting as fast as it is settling - cos it is no deeper yet than it was earlier IYKWIM?
I suppose that may change as it gets colder overnight, cos it is supposed to go down to -3 or -4C Brrrrr

I just popped outside - bright moon, bright stars and twinkling ice on the ground, patio table etc. About -3ºC and falling. It's really magical on nights like this. From the front we look across the Menai and at night the lights of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch look as if they're floating in the sky (Cue the five tones)

I think one of the happiest memories of school-times, was when the Welsh biology mistress taught the class how to say that on the last day of term. You can imagine the gobledygook when we each tried to say it aloud 
Here it's white outside  and -3C, more snow falling but it's that powdery wet stuff, that usually just fades away.

Feels cold again today as the wind is back and it's -1c. We had a good covering of snow yesterday lunchtime but there's been nothing since.  It's cloudy and the sky is the right colour for more although none is forecast.

Cold and icy.  We had some snow late yesterday afternoon followed by rain and it froze overnight. No intention of going out today.   Watched neighbours car pirouette in the road as he left for work.

Had an (unforecast) couple of inches of snow yesterday morning, which then partially melted before freezing again - misty now and very cold (was only -4C at 0900, now -3C  )

According to the forecasts the temperature is unlikely to get above zero, day or night, for the rest of the week.

Still cold, -2c but feels lower with a covering of low grey cloud still.  It struggled most of yesterday to get above freezing with the clouds and general gloom making it a pretty miserable day compared the bright and crisp days we had been having.
