Clear blue sky and 22C at the moment - there is a bit of a breeze which is very welcome (if you're in it!)

It's a cool 25 C today, with rain.  We seem to have broken our three months of dry weather, with a stubborn high pressure system moving out, rain earlier this week, again yesterday, and 2.25 inches expected today.  Everything in the lawn and garden looks happier.

I hope it cheered up for those looking at clouds earlier and wondering where the sun was.

We have had a scorcher again.  There was some cloud this morning, but it burned off pretty fast.

Probably a good job I watered the allotment and the garden veg bed in the evening. Just the greenhouses to do this morning, before it gets too hot.

It's scrongingly hot here, and I've got an ultra-annoying spoke rattle on my bike which I can't trace!

Life just gets more and more tedious don't it! If it wasn't for this cooling glass of beer at my elbow, I'd probably have to go a lie down in a darkened room...

Seriously hot here in Hampshire already 27 degrees Celsius (80 F).
Pleased that I watered the plot at 7 am today looks like I will have to do that all week.
I know you aren’t supposed to water every day but it’s not meant to be a heatwave either. Stay cool!

They reckon 24ºC peak here but it's already feeling warmer than that in the sunshine! Parasol, book and drink day

A bit too hot but there's had been a decent breeze keeping things fresh until yesterday afternoon. It's now very still and the temperature is creeping up.
