It's hot here today.

It didn't reach the predicted 103 F, but it did get to 102 F (39 C).  It's still very dry to go with the heat.  Mrs. Subversive took a video clip of me this afternoon, walking down the driveway to the mailbox:

Lovely hot summer's day here - but they reckon we may get a little rain late afternoon. Yesterday we nipped down to the beach late afternoon as the breeze made the sunshine bearable.

It's bright, sunny , a little too hot, mill pond still and I can't stop sneezing. Despite this I see we are forecast the usual British Summer time weather for the next 10 days.

Very grey and humid.  We have had a few odd bits of rain, but we also have a warning for torrential rain/hail/thunder/lightening … sigh

It does feels like we could have a storm    It would be nice to get it over with though

Too hot to garden. Too hot to be outside. But if you like to sit out and be a roast potato a nice day.

We're having a little cold snap today, high only expected to reach 36 C.  I'll take it, especially since we might actually get a little rain following the peak temperature of the day. 

Rain chances gradually increasing into Saturday, I'll know it's true when I actually see the rain falling!

Well after the cloudy/humid start the sky cleared and we've had lovely sunshine all afternoon. I even got the grass cut.
Perhaps we'll get a storm overnight, but no sign of one on the weather radar, so far...

Horribly muggy, dark and grey with misty drizzle and absolutely still, making it very unpleasant indoors. We could do with a storm to clear the air and freshen things up.

Storm from Yellow alert weather warning never arrived, nor any rain, so far. Only 5% chance now, on the forecast, even though It's humid and cloudy.
Think I'll go and water the allotment later this afternoon, if it stays the same

A little rain overnight - couple of mil at best. Much cooler but not bad at around 17ºC. Grey skies, little breeze. More rain due today.

Overcast but warm, 33 C.  As hot as it has been recently, we have seen no rain since June 9, and our predicted rain chances for the next week are beginning to evaporate (but not zero yet).
