The storms skirted round us and the sky cleared again late on.

A lot fresher this morning and a nice breeze.

Yesterday you could feel the wind was bringing the heat during the day as it sucked that overheated air up from Europe. Horrible

A pleasant 25 °C, overcast, raining lightly (we still need it).  All in all, no complaints  .

Our forecast was still fairly hot, dry and odd chance of a thundery shower.

I’m glad to say that was completely wrong. We have had cloud building all day, rain on and off since about 5pm and now settled into steady gentle rain

No sign of the promised rain here not even a bit of drizzle, things are looking very crispy. There's a good breeze this morning making it feel fresher outside at least (it' still an oppressive 26c indoors).  Low grey cloudy and a much nicer 14c, I'm tempted to put washing load on to temp fate  .

There's no sun here, either, we have high cloud and 18C, plus it is quite breezy from the NE. It's a refreshing change after the heat of the last few days.

We look to be having a re-run of yesterday. It was sunny earlier, now getting increasingly cloudy and breeze picking up.

It is pleasant enough out, but I reckon we have more rain on its way.

Sunny, 19C with a gentle breeze. Still no sign of rain which is a fire-risk worry as the grass in my field is chest-high and very dry

Considerably different to the last few days, at least 10 Deb cooler of not more, a lovely breeze, & we’ve had a light drizzle for some of the day

Today we have 19C, high cloud with no sign of the sun, and quite a brisk breeze from the North East..

Stuffy overnight - with occasional drizzle. Cloudy an grey with a stiff breeze so far with an outside temperature of 14c. Despite everything being opened up the house is still 25c, might take a few more days for things to cool down.

Very grey and overcast this morning,  but lighter now.  Just had rain for -  oh, 30 mins  !!  No wind blowing up here (very unusual).   Feeling humid.

Bit grey and rain on and off yesterday. So far today is very good. Sunshine, blue sky and pleasantly warm

We've got patchy cloud with a few sunny spells, 19C so far.

Misty drizzle this morning and 17c, feels very muggy.  We've had enough rain over the last couple of days for the grass to green up though so everything is less brown.
