I put the stuff for a beef and ale stew in the slow cooker this morning - the "ale" is past the use by but I'm sure it'll be fine

Pork loin steak with a tray bake of potatoes, onions and beetroot (frozen pre cooked), plus green veg.

Roast lamb ftf with r.potatoes,squash,peppers,carrots & peas & psb, Yorkshire puds ftf, gravy & gooseberry & mint jelly & red currant jelly & port.

Leftovers - tasted just as much like meat boiled in dish water as it did yesterday.
