Yesterday did not go as planned and the beef had over cooked and dried out by the time I got round to doing anything with it  I'll see if there's anything salvageable otherwise it's going into the mincer for cottage pie.

When I went to the freezer this morning, I must have thought it was Friday, cos I got out some fish mix for a pie  I even managed to find the chopped parsley from deep in the depths as well
Peas to go with it obvs..

Neither us are feeling very bothered at the moment with cooking so it’s our old standby ..hotpot- lamb today, with fresh leeks from the plot & parsnips ftf as the hg element

Some thing completley different Skate fish fresh from fish van it was lovely a few chips and peas couldn't get much on the plate as it was fairly lge i hadn't realized i could cut it into sections and fry.
Rest of pineapple and yoghurt for pud.

Roast chicken breast on the bone, jacket spuds, braised cabbage from the freezer and some green beans

Toad in the hole, mash, carrots,peas & I think I still have braised red cabbage in the freezer so might have that for a change although there is psb on the plot & of course spoon standing & mustard lol

Curry here as well but egg and spinach with rice and yogurt with mint and cucumber.

Cauli cheese and garlic bread for me and Paul has a pork chop to go with his.  I've really gone off meat over the last couple of months and we are now trying to accommodate both of us within the meal.
