Greenback toms.

Quite a few of my toms have greenback so I should have kept a better eye on feeding them.

Having said that, will they eventually turn red below and can you cut off the green part and eat them?

You can eat the green part GG, some people actually prefer tomatoes that always have green backs

Over here, it's common to eat fried green tomatoes. Also, pickled green tomatoes used to be common (less so today, though I still like them).
