Has it got any signs of insects that need sorting out?
Did you feed them over the winter? or are the roots simply too dry?

If it's not an insect problem, I'd get a fertilizer with trace elements (Vitax Q4 for example) and give it a feed plus a good watering, hopefully that will stop more leaves being lost.

Ok wait a week or so and see if any more leaves go yellow - if they do, then you need the trace elements for mineral deficiency.
Carry on watering every week or so, if we don't get much rain.

mumofstig:a fertilizer with trace elements (Vitax Q4 for example)

The three main nutrients in ordinary fertilizers are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K). Shown as NPK on the labels. It's what you give the plants with Fish, Blood and Bone.
Plants also need small quantities of iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron and molybdenum, known as trace elements because only traces are needed by the plant. Sometimes the soil has low levels of these and it causes problems with the leaves - sometimes they turn yellow, or get a purplish tinge - depending on which nutrient is in short supply.
John's info about them is here https://www.allotment-garden.org/composts-fertilisers/trace-elements-in-plant-nutrition/

No need at the moment, wait a short while as mumofstig said, because fish blood and bone is a slow-release fertiliser so takes a little while to start acting.  And if you need to add something else to provide the trace elements then it won't be a problem.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

NPK is what you've already given them, that's what is in fish blood and bone, what you haven't given them is the trace elements.
BUT, as Yorkie says, wait a while and see if what you've already given it does the trick, before worrying about anything else for now, apart from water if the weather stays dry ;)
It won't hurt the plant to lose those a few leaves....
