cherry tree problem

Anybody got any advice about what might be causing my cherry tree to go like the pic. been happening for the last 3 years and it's not every branch , 1 or 2 branches are OK.

Some of the top leaves look like they have pigeon damage, with bits pecked out of the edges.  Lower down, the curling & distortion of the new growth at the end looks like aphid damage, so look out for greenfly or blackfly underneath those leaves,  and also ants running along the branches which can "farm" the aphids. One leaf also looks rolled-up to me, so I'd unroll it to see if there's a caterpillar in there!
