Just who is who?
« on: March 27, 2019, 14:11 »

I had to complain about bad emergence of corn on the cob seeds, I recieved replacement seeds but on the slip accompanying the seeds was a  set of company logos.
Mr Fothergill's,  Johnsons,  D.T.Brown and  Country Value.

So are all these four just the members of a larger company and if so, what is the point of brand allegiance?

Cheers,  Tony. >:(

A quick search shows that various members of the Fothergill family have been involved since the early 2000s if not before.

TBH it doesn't surprise me as I've often thought they can't all have their own suppliers.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I believe there's only a small number of seed houses who supply the vast majority of public outlets.
