black hamburg Has anyone grown this grapevine  I've just planted this one up on my Allotment

That variety is usually grown in a greenhouse, so don't know how well it will grow outside without protection.

I agree. It is the variety we have in our greenhouse at home, and the cutting we took didn't flourish on the plot, at all!!

I was planning on getting this variety to grow in the greenhouse on the allotment although the vine would grow inside I was planning on planting it outside in a deep bed and train it into the greenhouse would it grow this way

I went to the allotment todayTo look at it but I had an accidentThe shovel slipped onto it and broke the new growth of it I'm going to buy a new Vine boskoop glory thats o k to put out side
