From the pic it looks like a Ghost Swift Moth grub.  They mostly feed on tap roots, so things like doc plants, but if you had crops in with a tap roots when the adult was laying that stay in over winter then you might find they attack those as well.

Chickens and wild birds love them as a treat.

Actually, on closer inspection it DOESN'T look like a Ghost Swift Moth!  I only saw the thumbnail pic and didn't see that it looks flatter and appears to have pincers.  But then I'm only using my smartphone and not a pc.
