Me again sorry - raspberry canes ?

New plot lots of what I think are soft fruit, maybe raspberry bushes, - just dead brown sticks at the moment (Feb) - shall I dig the lot up or leave them until they can be identified and keep what I want (very very overgrown weeds and couch around them) !

I'd leave them, then this year decide if you like them - or would prefer to use the space for something different. Cover around them, as best you can, with cardboard or weed suppressant fabric to keep the weeds down for now, if you are short of time clearing the rest of the plot. Exciting times :)
Good Luck!

Probably the perfect answer mumofstig - mainly 'cause I was thinking along those lines but needed more experienced confirmation, many thanks.
