Being fortunate enough to have taken over the plot next door to mine, I now have twice as much room for this season and keen as I am to fill it went all busy today and got stuck in with spade and saw...

I have just built 2 raised beds that I wanted to plant up with herbs.  

We do a lot of mixed cooking from indian, mexican, African and European.

What would you put in and any hints/tips?
