Hi everyone, I am now to the site,growing veg and have just put my name down for a allotment. I could really do with your knowledge that you have learnt over the years. This year is the first time I have started to grow veg in my garden, as we have a small garden I am using large plastic totes that supermarkets gets perfume and cigs in. I have drilled holes in the bottom for drainage and I am growing cucumbers, carrots, spring onions and cabbages. And the cabbages are the problem, I have just found loads of small pink eggs around the bottom of 1 of the cabbages and was wondering what they are. I Google it thinking it was white cabbage butterflies but they look nothing like them. I am posting a pic of the eggs and hope someone might know what they are and how to treat them.

I'd say slugs or snails. Caterpillars will generally lay on the leaves.

I would say poop !

Looks like small fruit seeds , blackberry or raspberry that have been eaten .
