Just found a nice stewed apple recipe on the web here


I only used a tiny tiny bit of butter - used sweet apples so cut out the sugar and had no white wine so used Limoncello [lemon liqueur] instead. Also added a clove or two cos I like the taste.

Serve with Low fat creme fraiche and Bob is - as they say - your mothers brother. Low cal, tasty and good for you!
