potato peelings

how do you tell potato peelings are cooked??? just doing some now and dont know when they will be ready advice please thanks

how are you cooking them?

I suppose when they are soft enough they would be cooked!?

Have you tried frying them like chips and eating them yourself? Luuuuuverly
