Any ideas when I should start netting my cherries

They're just green and small acorn sized at the moment but I've noticed a few have some nibbles out of them already

I would start immediately the birds have decimated mine in previous years.

I netted mine a couple of weeks ago, only about 30 have "set" I expect most of these will fall off.

As for the rest........they're mine....all mine.
