Or whip products, i  sure in my past dream topping made a low fat whip , carnt seem to find it all ive come across is cool whip but its american and not sold here , any one got a recipe im thinkin g it might use cornflour , but its a dream topping type of thing .

Don't know what the alpro one is like, but their yogurts are really creamy!

Tesco sell Birds Dream Topping, and it says 79 calories if made with semi skimmed milk.  But the calories would be lower with skimmed milk, or even better with almond milk???

Thanks , the cottage cheese one deserves a go , what im looking for needs to hold its shape like whipped cream , ive used elmlea but it still has a good ammount of fat , just to use in scones and fill cakes so on .

We used to be able to get Cool Whip here, the kids liked it and it was easy to keep some in the freezer, but I haven't seen it the UK for years.  Latterly I've seen it when visiting my sister in Texas.

Thank you , i remember something that came from the freezerand was low in fat .you would think in this day there would be some thing .
