[Mark's Sussex Allotment]

Hi guys a few peoples allotment have cucumbers and courgettes that are turning or have turned yellow/orange.

Is this full maturity?? And are they still edible?

Usually means they are over-ripe - they're still edible but they may taste bitter.

They also tend to be a bit mushy inside too
