my hubby brought for me today 2 spiral trees for free someone haad bought from work  in the summer and today had brought them back saying they weren't very good , they cost 75 pounds each or 2 for a hundered  kev saw them in the skip and removed them for me on inspection they were bone dry and that obviously it was down to them for their condition and they were in pots as wel although they kept them ha ha .
given them a nice drink , the Cyprus he got me which was in a worse condition is almost back to its former glory as are all the buxus I tend to get , they call me the plant whisperer ha ha

They look very poorly and will take some nurturing to bring them back to life.

It doesn't matter how much a container plant is watered, if the root ball dries out it has to be plunged to wet it again.

will do Aunty im gong to take a pic a week so I can see if thry are improving , I did get a smaller spiral Cyprus in a lot worse condition its doing great some chicken poo bit of a chat and a drinkie should bring them round in time ha ha
