Can anyone tell me what the name of the lavender Plants are

Is no flowers on them when I bought them but I think they're blue

You really can't tell when they're just leaves, you can only hazard a guess even when they have flowers.
So sorry, no.

If you bought them from a garden centre ask them what kind of lavender it is.

All I can say is that if they have a deep blue flower, they may be Hidcote.
