Casablanca Spuds...

I was just checking my 'to-do' list before heading to the plot and noticed that my spuds were put in 10 weeks ago today. I've also made a note that the Casablanca 'should' be ready today.

Have I made a mistake or are they good enough for eating after 10 weeks?
