Went to a Chicken Show just before Christmas

There were some impressive birds there.  They were being sold for 300€ a pair!   :shock: That works out to just over 200 pounds!  :shock: Needless to say I did not buy any.  They had fancy pidgeons there too, with curly feathers on their backs. Even hubby was impressed with the birds there.  Sorry I did not have a pen and paper to write down the names of the breeds.
In the canary exhibition there were tiny canary type birds that looked like vultures, just a couple of inches high though, boy were they ugly.
