I think there's a programme on channel 4 about this soon? I've asked Peter to tape it for me if it's on while he's over there this week, we don't eat chicken and buy free range eggs from a local farmer when ours aren't laying ( :? ) but it's good to know what's going on anyway.

Am I being a wimp? I know its on, and I signed up a while ago, but I am sure that if I watch it I will be upset and it will play on my mind for ages.
I just hope that all the people that buy cheap chicken watch and see the cruelty. I am hoping that this program along with Jamies fowl dinners will be the catalyst for a change in the way chickens are reared in this country..
