Well I'm stuffed now..

First Rhubarb of the year in a huge crumble..superb. Some extra cooked for mixing with yogurt for tomorrow's breakfast.

Only three heads and I get tons all year. Of course being in the famous tri-angle in god's own county helps.

I had my first crumble this weekend as well! Although I did have some stewed rhubarb 2 weeks ago. Mine is growing huge already!

mine is a bit late this year, looking good for next week hopefully, wife wants to make rhubarb vodka this year
