I have the gas men in ::)
By tea time tomorrow - I should have heating and hot water!

I think a celebratory bottle or two will be in order this evening then. :D
It will be drunk in bed then!
We now have no gas fire which was our main source of heat. I have 2 borrowed oil filled plug in radiators, but they only give off heat in a small room and if you're sat on them (I'm hiding in my study - can you tell :D)
So we may be mega cold tonight

Good morning, Roger!

Even 4:30am is a bit early for me! I hope you have a good day!

I think mine will be busy with as-yet unannounced  (but hinted-at) house-remodelling plans by SWMBO.... ::) :D

Morning all. Bit late getting going as have a new computer to learn about. It has cyrilic as well as normal letters on the keys, very off-putting!

Very cold out, hopefully for the last time, should be coming up to something more reasonable, like -5 Hoping so, wood is getting low.

Good news there dugless  ;) :)

I've another day hiding in the only room I can get warm (my study) while the central heating is finished.
Hopefully it will all be warm tonight - hope so because the gas fire has been removed from the front room. I may not ever sit in there again until the new fire is bought and fitted.
Not sure how long that will be... ::)

That is brilliant news. You waited so long to be warm. Now of course the weather will become unseasonably warm.

That's good news DBG, although judging by the weather here today I think Mrs Bee might be right.
