Growing spuds!

Hi, I'm new to this forum so I hope this topic is not too naive.
I am trying to use a 3 year rotation plan on my allotment, but I am a bit short of space so I was wondering what would be your views on using a bed to plant spuds that was not used at all last year but was used for spuds the year before?

It's not ideal but if that is the best you can do then it will be fine.

It isn't ideal but I am stuck with this solution as well and so far haven't had any real problems with it. I always make sure that I feed the bed really well and I switch varieties as well.

I wouldnt get too hung up over having a perfect rotation system. Just rotate what you can when you can. Its only if you grow the same crop on the same patch year after year after year without ever rotating that the problems start to build.
