Flower sprouts

Has anybody any experience of growing these and are Marshalls the only seed supplier?
By the way do Marshalls sell through retail outlets of are they mail order only?

if you google flower sprouts, there are many suppliers - Dobies, T&M, Simply Seeds, Sow Seeds, Nicky's Nursery.

I haven't seen Marshalls seeds in shops, but that's not to say they don't.

DT Browns do a brukale http://www.dtbrownseeds.co.uk/Vegetable-Seeds-1/Brukale-Petit-Posy-Seeds.html#.Uue_gbTLfcs and has free P&P on seeds

EDIT: sorry, I haven't any experience of growing them but as a brassica, it should be along the same lines as growing kale and Brussel sprouts ....

I guessed they would be like any other brassica but wondered about things like taste?
Maybe I should just grow some and take it from there!

MY daughter grew sprouts called Posy last year. They were not really  a lot of use to cook and serve as sprouts, and ended up being used in stir fry.

Tasted like sprouts, stir fried  ::)

They are very pretty, a bit novel, but I m sticking to normal sprouts tbh

I've grown them for the last 2 years and love them! They do need a bit of love to reach their full potential. We also grew Red Bull (I think) alongside and they went all crinkly like the posy! Look lovely on the Lottie, all shades of Green, red and deep purple in the frosts. :D
