Hello,can anyone tell me is it ok to start/sow seeds for parsnips now indoors in loo rolls?tia darren

No. Way too early. The tap root will soon hit the bottom of the loo roll and it will be far too cold for planting them out.

I direct sow in April, so personally I would not consider starting them off until at least March.
