Due to hot summer, my strawberry are flowering right now and I can see few medium sized green berries.

Sure they will not mature naturally but my question is: will they fruit next Spring and will this anti-seasonal flowering affect next years yield? 

I am sure I am not alone

Hi, I've been taking the late flowers off in the hope that the plants will use their energy for next years harvest. Hopefully it'll work!

Assuming your strawbs are an "everbearing" variety, that's what they do, however pointless it usually is at this time of year!

I'll chop the fruits off mine along with any dodgy leaves if it ever dries up enough to get out there, because as you say barring a climatic miracle they won't ripen and are only wasting some of the plant's energy.
