Rescuing Damson Cordial
« on: September 28, 2013, 19:28 »
I made some damson cordial last weekend but it has half set in the bottles, now being closer to damson jelly that cordial!

Any ideas for how to rescue it (preferably back to cordial)? Can I just add more water or should I just accept it is a bit jellified?
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
