Best way to freeze sweet corn

Hi Guys - If the frost holds back a few weeks I should have loads of sweet corn to freeze. whats the best way. cooked and freeze whole or cut off the cobs... or raw in skins? 
Now a member of the 10 Ton club.... 2013  harvested 588 Kg from 165 sq mt..

If you have room you can just remove the husks and freeze them whole. Cook them when you take them out.

I read on a few sites online that the best way to protect corn was go freeze in the husks. I have tried some in in the husks and some out to see if I can tell the difference

I simply don't have room for all those husks or cobs, so I stand them on end and with a big sharp knife I cut off all the kernels then bag them in heavy freezer bags and freeze. Some people blanch the kernels first but I've never done that and the corn tastes fine when finally cooked.
