6 growbag pots for £7.99 at Selections

My Mum uses these in her greenhouse and they are quite sturdy and have a hole for a supporting cane.  Not a bad price even with postage!  :)

That is a good price.  I got three round versions of this for £13

Trying to resist the temptation BobE.  I shall keep telling myself that my old bottomless pots are adequate!  ::)

Are you following MDs experiment with pots on GW?
(When I said £13 it was actually something stupid like £12.95)

Auntie, the pots have tubes that cut into the bag around the outer ring.  So you water into the outer ring and feed into the central pot bit.

Not sure what experiment is going on but no.  I always grow my toms and climbing beans in bottomless pots on soil as I think it gives them a head start and makes it more difficult for the slugs to nip the tops off the beans.  :)

Mum used to buy ring culture pots for the greenhouse but tbh they were costing her a small fortune as they don't last long.  I found some of these on special earlier in the year (although not as good an offer as this one) and she is really pleased.  They are very sturdy and will last her for years and we just put the irrigation dripper in the outer tray.

Still thinking about it but hankering now after a 30 bottle wine kit that was mentioned in the 'Homebrew' section.  Have to prioritise these days!  ::) :D

Cellar 7, 30 bottles ready in 7 days, but better if stored for longer. Ive made 3 of them, I put 5 from each batch away and try to forget them.
