Onion + courgette + stock (1lb veg to 1pt stock) + rosemary.

Bung a spud in to thicken it up for winter.

Thats almost exactly what i did, everyone finished the bowl except me, i think my taste buds are too pot as i found it a bit too courgettey.

I havent had much in that way, but maybe thats the horrific heart burn thats putting me off

I don't like cheese, neither did my guest but my other guest said we gotta put the cheese in as it was fantastic and that we had to take a leap of faith. I did and we all loved it 

Go with the cheese. It makes it so unbelievably lush.  Gorgonzola or Stilton
